HealthCare for All Maine promotes the establishment of publicly funded, high quality health care coverage for all Maine residents.

This system must be efficient, financially sound, politically sustainable and must provide benefits fairly distributed to all.

We are collecting signatures in 2026 to get a Universal Health Care Resolve, on the November 2027 ballot. Officially titled “Resolve, Directing the Development of Legislation Establishing a Publicly Funded System of Health Care Coverage for All Maine Residents,”
